Affiliate Agreement

As an affiliate of Limitless Guided Visualizations, I agree to support the company’s mission by creating and publishing content that supports the company’s goals.

As an affiliate, I am not an ambassador or official spokesperson of Limitless. I do not speak for the brand, and can only speak to my experiences with the product.

I agree to consult with Limitless if I am asked to speak to any media source about my experience with the app. Limitless aims to provide our affiliates with support in such endeavors.

I agree to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.

Any content created by Limitless will not be altered in any way.

Affiliates will not share more than 30 seconds of any audio on the app, without written consent.

Limitless requires license agreements from those who employ trademarks of Limitless Guided Visualizations in order to protect our intellectual property rights.

Limitless reserves the right to use any content (about Limitless) created and published by the affiliate. This includes all forms of media.

Limitless will get consent and establish fair compensation to the affiliate for original content that is desired to be included in paid advertising.

Affiliate agrees to follow basic content publishing guidelines as outlined by the platforms that the content is being published on. Limitless is not responsible if an affiliate publishes something that gets their account flagged, banned or removed.

Affiliate will receive 20% commission on each sale that takes place through the Limitless website, using their unique code or referral link.

Auto-renew is not enabled. Customers will have to re-purchase their premium subscription with each new pay-cycle. Affiliate code/link must be used for each transaction in order to retain commission.

Affiliate has full access to their sales analytics through the affiliate portal on the Limitless website.

Affiliate agrees to access the affiliate portal with the login details sent in the “Let’s Get Started Email” following this registration process.

Affiliates won’t receive a commission on their own transactions.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Affiliates can request payouts once they’ve reached $50 USD in earnings. We require this payment threshold due to the additional transaction fees we are required to pay for payouts.

Any owed payouts will be sent upon termination of the affiliate account.

Affiliate codes activate a 10% discount to their audience.

Affiliate codes can not be stacked with other discount offers.

Limitless reserves the right to suspend or terminate this affiliate agreement at any point in time, for any reason.

Limitless reserves the right to terminate this agreement after a year of inactivity with your affiliate code.

I agree not to publish or distribute any of the Limitless Affiliate Programs materials.

As an affiliate, I agree to treat as confidential all information about Limitless team members, and I understand that it would be a violation of policy to disclose such information to anyone without written consent of the party in question.

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of The Affiliate’s participation in the Limitless Guided Visualizations Affiliate Program. The Affiliate indicates their acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the Limitless Guided Visualizations application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
