These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) explain the conditions that apply to purchases and subscriptions from Limitless Guided Visualizations (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through limitlessguidedvisualizations.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By placing an order, subscribing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement; and
  • You agree to comply with these Terms, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.

2. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice

Our visualizations, programs, and audio experiences are designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and personal growth. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition. No content on the Platform constitutes medical advice or should replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. If you experience distress or a medical emergency, contact a qualified professional or call emergency services immediately.

3. Purchases and Access

All orders and subscriptions are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel any transaction at our discretion (e.g., fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations). Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased digital products or membership features. We may modify or discontinue portions of the Platform or Services at any time.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Because our content is digital and accessible immediately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered only for:

  • Verified duplicate charges; or
  • Confirmed technical errors preventing access, determined at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed via third parties (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm you’re authorized to use the method, information is accurate, and charges will be honored. We may correct pricing/description errors and cancel affected transactions if necessary.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Share or resell login credentials;
  • Reproduce or redistribute our digital content;
  • Bypass security or access unauthorized data;
  • Use the Platform for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We disclaim all warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement);
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profits);
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

8. Legal Terms

Governing Law. Delaware law governs these Terms (without regard to conflict-of-law rules).

Arbitration & Class Waiver. All disputes are resolved by binding arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Delaware. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.

Force Majeure. We’re not responsible for delays/failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, strikes, government actions).

9. App Store Purchases

If you purchase via Apple’s App Store or Google Play, those platforms’ terms (including billing and refunds) apply. Refunds, renewals, and billing adjustments for such purchases must be handled directly with the platform.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement governing your purchase and use of our Services.
